TeamSnap:  
This is our team management software we utilize to communicate with each other, share files, and schedule events and games. 

• Profile Picture
  • Be sure to add a profile picture to your account in a Glory Adkins Gold jersey. 
  • We will take a picture next weekend in our gold jerseys and we will upload that profile pic.
• Availability
  • Under the "Schedule" tab you will find all team events, games, practices, etc.
  • Players are expected to update the "Availability" tab for every event in a timely manner. 
  • In the event of a conflict, you are expected to update your availability as soon as it becomes known
  • Also you need to add a "Note" as the reason missing the event/game
  • Inform your head coach

  • Messaging: 
    • There are several methods for communicating in teamSNAP.
      • Team Chat:  This is an instant messaging forum ALL members of teamSNAP, including parents and coaches will utilize.
      • Emails:  Everyone can send emails through teamSNAP to everyone or select certain people.
      • Alerts:  Alerts are text messages that are sent to everyone on the team to their phones.

FMYSA - Flower Mound Youth Sports Association:

• This registration is for our practice fields, insurance and access to a 5013C non-profit.  I encourage all families to investigate if your company offers any matching programs for community service or donations to non-profit organizations.  Also, if anyone finds sponsors who want to contribute to the team, their donation will be counted towards individual team fees.   
• We need to register in January for FMYSA.

  • Your first step will be to login or create an ID on the FMYSA platform.
  • Then scroll down to select fastpitch and enter your players information.
